Are you ready?
Jesus is
JESUS CHRIST is ALMOST here. HE is even at the door.
Jesus said, "If a man love Me, he will keep My Words" (John 14:23).
Love Him with all your heart, mind, and soul.
"The end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober,
and watch unto prayer" (1 Peter 4:7).
Jesus said, "If a man love Me, he will keep My Words" (John 14:23).
Love Him with all your heart, mind, and soul.
"The end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober,
and watch unto prayer" (1 Peter 4:7).
"Let the Heavens rejoice, and let the Earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof...FOR HE COMETH, FOR HE COMETH TO JUDGE THE EARTH: He shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with His Truth"(Psalm 96:11).

"When the LORD hastens, His speed is glorious."
To Be READY For HIS RETURN:
You must presently, willfully and actively be TRUSTING the LORD Jesus Christ,
and HIM ONLY, for everything pertaining to this life and the life hereafter.
"Jesus saith unto him, I AM The Way, The Truth, and The Life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me"
(John 14:6).
You must presently, willfully and actively be FREE from sinning.
"If I regard iniquity in my heart, the LORD will not hear me" (Psalm 66:18).
"Then shall they call upon Me, but I will not answer; they shall seek Me early, but they shall not find Me"
(Proverbs 1:28).
"He that turneth away his ear from hearing The Law, even his prayer shall be abomination" (Proverbs 28:9).
"And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide Mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers,
I will not hear: your hands are full of blood" (Isaiah. 1:15).
"If we confess our sins, He is Faithful and Just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1John 1:9).
"He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy" (Proverbs 28:13).
You must presently, willfully and actively believe that He will KEEP you from sinning.
"He will turn again, He will have compassion upon us; He will subdue our iniquities" (Micah 7:19).
"For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure" (Philippians 2:13).
"For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil" (1John 3:8).
"And ye know that He was manifested to take away our sins; and IN HIM IS NO SIN" (1John 3:5).
The test of knowing if your "love" for Him is self-deceived or REAL,
can be conclusively proved by Scripture.
If you LOVE Him-- you will OBEY Him.
If you will not obey Him-- you do not love Him.
"If ye love Me, keep My Commandments" (John 14:15).
"And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep His Commandments" (1John 2:3).
"But whoso keepeth His Word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in Him"
(1John 2:5).
"Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love Me, he will keep My Words" (John 14:23).
"If ye keep My Commandments, ye shall abide in My love" (John 15:10).
"For this is the love of God, that we keep His Commandments: and His Commandments are not grievous" [literally, not burdensome] (1John 5:3).

"The God of Peace, that brought again from the dead our LORD Jesus,
that Great Shepherd of the sheep, through the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant,
make you Perfect in every good work to do His Will,
working in you that which is Wellpleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ;
to Whom be Glory for ever and ever. Amen"
(Hebrews 13:20-21).
and
"Unto Him that is able to keep you from falling,
and to present you faultless before the presence of His Glory with exceeding Joy,
to the Only Wise God our Saviour, be Glory and Majesty, Dominion and Power,
both now and for ever. Amen"
(Jude 1:24-25).

Behold, I Come Quickly
by Tom Stewart
"Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy Crown" (Revelation 3:11).
To our best understanding, the Apostle John-- our "brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the Kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ" (1:9)-- penned these words by inspiration in 96 AD. Now, some may say that the Apocalypse was not intended to fix an idea of the timing of Endtime Events, i.e., "We should not set dates or become convinced that we will see the Coming of the LORD in our lifetime, for we open ourselves to bitterness, disappointment, and the ridicule of skeptics." But, none other than the LORD
Himself made the immutable Promise--
"I come quickly"-- four separate times (Rev. 3:11; Rev. 22:7; Rev. 22:12; Rev. 22:20) in the Book of Revelation.
Why would the Spirit of Truth (John 14:17) seemingly mislead us with the idea that the LORD Jesus is returning quickly, or that the "time is at hand"
(Revelation 1:3), if that return would not be for more than 1,900 years? Perhaps, some may feel forced to conclude that the Son of God was only using divine metaphors-- comparing His sense of quickness with eternity-- which is true-- but the Creator knows better than anyone how His little children would react to such inflammatory language as, "I come quickly" or "the time is at hand". "For He knoweth our frame; He remembereth that we are dust"
(Psalm 103:14).
"Don't let go!" "Hang on!" "Hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown" (Revelation 3:11). These are the words of exhortation that accompany Philadelphia's Promise of our LORD's soon return. If we look at the context of this first Apocalyptic appearance of "I come quickly" (3:11), we will find that the LORD Jesus Christ had just finished promising to the Church of Philadelphia that He would deliver them from the Hour of Temptation. "Because thou hast kept the Word of My patience, I also will keep thee from the Hour of Temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the Earth" (3:10). Certainly, that assembly of Believers in 1st Century Asia Minor had been given a real Promise for their own deliverance; but, is not this Promise of Deliverance the property of the Saints throughout the ages? "Then touched He their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you" (Matthew 9:29). And, if God has given you the faith to believe that He has promised you a
Pre-Tribulational Rapture-- "Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man" (Luke 21:36)-- then, hold fast to your faith until He fulfills His Word. So, when you are tempted to give up your faith, be encouraged that the Master said, "I come quickly". The opposite of letting go of our confidence of what we find revealed in the Revelation, is to faithfully keep those "Sayings"-- and our confidence."Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the Sayings of the prophecy of this Book" (Revelation 22:7). If we are the Just, then we
should live by our confidence in what God has said. "Now the Just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, My soul shall have no pleasurein him" (Hebrews 10:38). Keeping the "Sayings of the prophecy of this Book" (Revelation 22:7) may mean that you must "become a fool" (2Corinthians 12:11) in the eyes of the world for declaring your confidence in what the Comforter has revealed to you concerning "things to come" (John 16:13). But surely, keeping the "Sayings of the prophecy of this Book" (Revelation 22:7) means to order your decisions and life so that they are consistent with what you understand. "But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the Word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience" (Luke 8:15).
The LORD Jesus Christ is both our Reward and our Rewarder. "And, behold, I come quickly; and My reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work shall be" (Revelation 22:12). The third incentive for our LORD coming quickly, is that He will reward us according to our works. What a confusion we have made of the word "works"! If the Spirit of God could only teach His people the concept of a "faith which worketh by Love" (Galatians 5:6), we would close this Church Age with the "greater works" (John 14:12) promised by the LORD Jesus for His people. (And, He will accomplish His Word, but maybe not in the way expected.) "And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them"(Isaiah 42:16).
Finally, the second to the last verse of the entire Bible is, "He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly" (Revelation 22:20). As if to ensure that we would consider all of His Word and Revelation to apply to our individual situation, He concludes the New Testament with the encouragement that He is Coming quickly. If we truly Love the LORD, we will "keep the Sayings" (22:7) of not only the Revelation, but of "every Word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God" (Matthew 4:4). Just as the LORD Jesus laid down His life for us, we ought to return that Love by tenaciously clinging to Him in faith with His Promise, "Behold, I come quickly". We are the "children of God" (Matthew 5:9), and we have the same question that a small child asks a parent on a long trip, "Are we there yet?" The patient reply is, "Soon. Not much longer." Likewise, our LORD comforts and encourages us with His Promise, "I come quickly".
"Amen. Even so, Come, LORD Jesus" (Revelation 22:20).
"For better it is that it be said unto thee, Come Up Hither"
(Proverbs 25:7).

Great Information on Soul Winning:
“This know also, that IN THE LAST DAYS perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
There has never been a time in human history, since before the flood of Noah's time, when 2 Timothy 3:1-7 was more relevant than it is today. The world has become a large cesspool of iniquity. People nowadays have become selfish, self-centered, self-conscious and self-righteous. Jesus told us in
Matthew 24:12 that the love of MANY people would “wax cold” during the Tribulation Period because of injustice. We certainly appear to be nearing those times.

The Bible tells us in Genesis 6:5, “And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” This describes the woeful moral condition of the world prior to the flood. The“Days of Noah,”as the Bible calls them, were a time of horrible wickedness and indifference. In Matthew 24:37-38, Jesus gives us an important truth concerning His return for the Saints ...
"But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark."
In Luke 18:8 Jesus makes a startling statement ...
"...Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?”
Jesus wasn't asking a question, He was making a rhetorical statement. The implied answer is“No!”By comparing with Matthew 24:37-38; Luke 18:8
2 Timothy 3:1-4 and2 Tim. 3: 5-7 and Genesis 6:5, and a host of other applicable Scriptures, it is evident to me that the Lord's return in ever so near. The wickedness of Sodom and Gomorrah cannot be compared to the evils in the world today due to advances in modern technology, enabling mankind to commit sin on an unprecedented scale.
I believe with all my heart that the Lord's return, i.e., the Pretribulation Rapture, is very near. Biblically, it would be heresy to set a date or to be dogmatic concerning the return of Jesus Christ; however, the Word of God does mention the“Last Days,”which is significant to the Christian believer who eagerly awaits the Lord's return.
Here are a couple Biblical references to the"Last Days"...

2nd Timothy 3:1“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.”
2 Peter 3:3“Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts.” ,Hebrews 1:1-2 “God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.” The writer of Hebrews referred to his time as“these last days.”So we see that the term“Last Days”refers to the Church Age, i.e., from the time of Christ until present. Although it is disinheriting to realize that believers have been waiting for the Rapture for 2,000 years, one ought to feel a sense of joy and relief in knowing that the New World Order is upon us today. I think this is clear evidence of the imminent return of Jesus Christ to remove the Church from the world. After that event, the 7-year Tribulation Period will occur, and then The Second Coming of Jesus Christ to the earth to put down the Antichrist, judge the nations and establish His earthly kingdom from Jerusalem to reign for 1000 years. The Bible states in 1 Corinthians 15:51-58 ...
"Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord." --

The Rapture was a mystery up until the writing of the New Testament. The Apostle Paul, writing under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, informs us that our frail and broken human bodies will be CHANGED at the Rapture, in the TWINKLING OF AN EYE (less than a second), and we will receive NEW bodies which are incorruptible. What a day that will be! Although difficult to do for many believers, including myself, we must wait patiently for the Lord's return and make each day count for the cause of Christ. I agree with the Apostle Paul, who said in Philippians 1:21...“For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” I'm ready to go home to be with the Lord whenever He decides it is time; but until that moment I want to spend the remainder of my life preaching the Gospel and reaching others for Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us “why” the Lord hasn't returned yet...
"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9
Nevertheless, with all the false bibles on the market today (effectively perverting the gospel message), and with all the false prophets teaching a false gospel, and with the masses of this world showing their allegiance to Satan with hand signs and occult company icons I am fully convinced that the Lord will return very soon. I am NOT making any predictions, I am just expressing my heartfelt opinion. The important thing is for us to keep in mind and heart the Words of Jesus in Mark 13:35-37 ...
"Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch."
Mark 13:35-37

Salvation: The Need and the How.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Every one of us is a sinner. Every one of us have come short of God's glory.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:3-6 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Because of our sin, we deserve death, eternal punishment, the wrath of God. But God, because He loves us, has provided a means to have eternal life with Him. That means is the Lord Jesus Christ.
John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
You must receive him. Nobody is born into salvation. Nobody deserves it.
Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
You must call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, believeing on him, in his sacrifice for YOUR sins.
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God.
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
1 Tim 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
Jesus Christ was God Himself. He was God, the Son. The Word. He came and died for your sins. He made the sacrifice required for your sin.
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
There is nothing you can do to earn salvation. You must be saved by the grace of God, in receiving him (the Lord).
1 John 5:11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. 13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
Once you receive the Lord, believe on him, that he was sacrificed for your sins, and rose again never to die, you KNOW you are saved.
No prayer saves you. Your BELIEF is what counts. You may pray to God now, but your prayer is simply an affirmation of your belief. Prayer is an important part of your Christian life, but it has nothing to do with salvation. Do not trust in a prayer, an act, or a baptism. Trust Christ only!
"What must I do to be saved?"
Simply believe in the Lord's completed work; relying completely on him for your salvation.
